Harris, an Oakland, California native, expressed her private reference to Hip-Hop, stating it has been integral to her life since its inception. Whereas attendees loved the festivities, with Harris even captured on video dancing, though many thought her strikes had been a bit pressured. Some consider that such gestures, mixed with Biden’s 2021 declaration of Juneteenth as a federal vacation, point out a bid to achieve favor with Black voters.
Whatever the political intentions, seeing a few of hip-hop’s best hitmakers collect on one stage is fairly superior.
